You are looking at an interesting American Flyer COMPLETE set from 1956. When it was catalogued in 1956, it was known as the New Black Diamond Freight.
It is a neat set featuring a classic 303 Reading steam engine and some nice freight cars including the 970 Walking Brakeman car!
The set does not have a transformer offered as many collectors do not need anther transformer. HOWEVER, IF YOU NEED ONE, let us know. We can make that happen for you!
This is ALOT of vintage train for the money, and an item you will be proud of. Or perhaps you have an American Flyer collector.

Nice with a good label
. It does have some handling wear, creases, edgewear, corner fray and aging. One piece of the top flap has torn off. Structurally good. Label is good.

THE 303 Reading Atlantic 4-4-2 Steam Engine and Tender
CLEAN.
The
4-4
-2 steam engine and tender have been tested, and it does run, reverse, smoke and choo-choo. Just serviced. Good numbers and lettering.
The engine comes with the original wrapper with good stamping on the tape.
