If tracking and insurance is required,  AND FOR ALL ORDERS OVER 0.00 the item(s) will be shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel service within Canada and Tracked Packet Service to the USA. The Shipping and Handling fee for this will be .95 and .95 respectively, or HIGHER depending on the weight.
