    Vintage Cast Iron Citizen BC-1 Watch Band Sizing Tool. This was from a retired jeweler’s estate. I can’t speak to the condition or use of this item as to weather it is complete or how it functions. It was very difficult for me to track it down anywhere on the internet and I was only able to find one picture with just one line that identifies it as a watch band tool. It’s approximately 8 inches long, 11 inches long with the lever. It’s very heavy!
