Shipping & Handling:
Shipping is for the Continental US only.
Items are usually sent by either FedEx or UPS therefore no P.O. Boxes please.
All shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
We do not provide local pick up or will-call.
Trailer Parts Etc will ship out your items after 1 business day of handling when payment has been received in full.

Return Policy:
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Buyer must pay shipping and a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA) must be obtained from us before you ship back the package. We will cover 100% of the costs associated with a return or exchange if the wrong item or a defective item was sent otherwise a restocking fee of 20% applies to returns. Items may not be returned if they are installed, damaged or scratched while in your care. Please return all items in their original NEW condition with box and together with all parts and hardware. Damaged, scratched, and unauthorized items will not be accepted and returned to you.
